I believe, cooking isn’t just reading a cookbook with some recipes and following the rules of those recipes or putting a pan on a gas to fry a few pieces of chicken. In better words cooking is not just to satisfying the human beings’ hunger. These fine issues bring us spiritual joy, motivation, thrill, smile and in the end it brings us LOVE. We as humans can fall in love in different things, and of course one of them is love in COOKING and its art. Living without love is meaningless. Each of us should love something or at least like something to be hopeful about future and to see better days… and for me, this love is cooking. A love witch created thousands hopes and will in future time for me.

So if you love cooking like me, combine it with art and knowledge of it. The art which gives you the pleasures of vision, eating, health and the knowledge of it, which introduce the love of this art to you. A knowledge which is developing day to day. As Augusto gusto Said: everyone can be a chef but the love, art and knowledge require for it.

After being abroad for years and returning to my country I like to create this love inside you and it will be a fantastic feeling for me.
