I was born in one hot day of July. My mom was an art and painting teacher. I remember she baked really tasty cookies and cakes for each New Year and special event, and I loved to assist her and be part of the passion.
Since I was the first kid in the family, some days i had to cook for the family and those days were so sweet and unique for me. I was starting to listen to some music in the kitchen, wearing my jacket and just made and created a food from anything from our fridge. Finally to see the food on the table and eat all together gave me a great energy.
After finishing my high school I moved to Canada, there I could have chosen what I want to study in an academic wise field. So I started to study in restaurant and hotel management in the George brown college in Toronto, and after few years of studding in this filed, I chose to continue in studying in international culinary art (Italian cuisine).
After my education, I moved to Ireland to finish my practice and then I started to work in Accor chains hotel (Novotel) in Sweden as a sue chef. For gaining more experiences in my skill, I had moved to the U.S.A and Spain, before I moved to my country.
After many years to be abroad, 3 years ago I decided to move back to my country and now I am happy that I can work and pass my experiences to people who love to grow in this art and skill and that is a great feeling for me.
Hopefully, one day I can see this art reach to an international level and each family has one chef in their house.
